Products & Fulfillment

  • Many of our items are custom‑made or shipped directly from partner warehouses.

  • Production and delivery times vary depending on the product and destination.

  • We do our best to provide accurate descriptions and images, but small variations may occur — that’s part of the uniqueness of custom products.


Pricing & Taxes

  • All prices are shown in our store currency. Currency conversions may apply at checkout.

  • Taxes are included where required.

  • In some countries, local customs may charge import duties, VAT, GST, SST, HST, or PST when your order arrives. These charges are the customer’s responsibility.

  • If we’re registered to collect taxes in your region, applicable VAT/GST will be shown clearly at checkout.


Shipping & Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.

  • While we work hard to get your order to you quickly, delays caused by customs, couriers, or unexpected events may happen and are outside our control.

  • To help ensure smooth delivery, please double‑check your shipping details at checkout. If an address is entered incorrectly, we can’t guarantee successful delivery — but we’ll always do our best to help you resolve any issues with the courier.


Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted only for items that arrive defective or damaged.

  • Because many products are custom‑made or fulfilled on demand, we cannot accept returns for reasons such as wrong size, color preference, or change of mind.

Limitation of Liability

  • We do our best to ensure your order arrives safely and matches your expectations. However, we cannot be responsible for delays, extra duties, or taxes imposed by local customs authorities.

  • Please also note that we are not liable for problems that arise from using products outside their intended purpose, or for delivery issues caused by third‑party couriers. That said, we’ll always do our best to support you and work with our partners to resolve any shipping concerns.
