We want your shopping experience to be smooth and transparent. We work with trusted fulfillment partners worldwide to keep shipping fair and reliable. Rates are based on package weight and destination, and we subsidize part of the cost to make them as affordable as possible. Please note that shipping rates may change from time to time depending on supplier and carrier availability. If adjustments are needed, we’ll update them promptly so you always know what to expect at checkout.

Many of our products ship from local warehouses in the US, EU, UK, Australia, Canada, Singapore, and Thailand. Orders fulfilled locally usually won’t incur extra customs charges — what you see at checkout is what you pay.

Some items may ship directly from our main warehouse in China. In those cases, your local customs office may apply VAT, GST, or import duties when the package arrives. These charges are set by your local authorities and are the customer’s responsibility. We’ll always show applicable taxes at checkout if we’re registered to collect them in your region, and if not, we’ll keep you informed so there are no surprises.
